Veterans - Active Duty Military (email a copy of your DD214 or a picture of your ID)

1st Responders & Homeland Security Front line (email a picture of your ID)

Hardship (email proof of government assistance)

We will email back, with a "discount code" to apply at registration check out 

Per JYFA rules, Yearly physicals are required in order to participate. Please upload a copy while completing your registration.  If you do not have a completed physical at the time of registration, please log back in and add that document so your child can play.
