Refund Policy (2019 Season):

Full Refund before the 1st Saturday in July.

Partial Refund (approx. 3/4) after the 1st Saturday in July and before Official weigh ins.

Partial Refund  (approx. 1/2) after Official weigh ins and before First Game.

No Refund after First Game.

 

Partial refunds kept by the league are for administrative expenses.

If a player drops before a jersey is issued, the jerseys initially intended for the player becomes the property of the Chapter, as Jerseys represent our Chapter and should only be worn by our players.

 

Any refund is only for Registration Cost.  

Helmets, Pads, apparel and apparel decoration are not included.  

 

Refund request to be submitted on the Refund Request Form, or it will not be considered.
